Data Retention: When you place an order through Zipeemart LLC, we will maintain your purchase and invoice records for our legal tax filing and warranty tracking obligations, unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

This Privacy Policy and any data disputes arising from the use of Zipeemart LLC shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Return & Refund Policy

Scope: Cancellations, Returns, and Refund Processing

Article I: Order Cancellations & The 24-Hour Window

Once an order is placed, our automated logistics system immediately begins locating, inspecting, and preparing your powertrain unit for secure freight loading.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full 100% refund, provided the item has not been physically dispatched or loaded onto the freight carrier.

Cancellations After 24 Hours: Any cancellation requested after the initial 24-hour window, or after the unit has been securely packaged/loaded for transit, will be treated as a standard return and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable transit charges.

Article II: 30-Day Return Eligibility & Conditions

Zipeemart LLC offers a limited 30-day return policy from the original date of delivery. To qualify for a return and subsequent refund, the customer must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

Pre-Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued directly by Zipeemart LLC. Unauthorised returns sent to our facilities will be rejected at the buyer's expense.

Original Condition: The engine or transmission must be returned in its exact original condition, unaltered, and completely assembled. It must not have been disassembled, tampered with, or stripped of any components.

No Fluid Contamination: All fluids must be completely drained from the unit before freight pick-up, in compliance with environmental and freight carrier regulations.

Article III: Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs Responsibility

Returns for reasons other than receiving a structurally defective part verified by our technical team (e.g., buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong gear/VIN match, vehicle being sold, or changing your mind) are subject to the following financial deductions:

20% Restocking Fee: A flat 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount for all approved returns.

Freight Charges: The customer is entirely responsible for paying both the original outbound shipping costs and the return inbound freight charges. These actual shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund balance, even if your order originally qualified for a "free shipping" promotion.

Article IV: Refund Processing Timeline

Inspection Upon Receipt: Once the returned unit arrives back at our designated warehouse facility, it will undergo a comprehensive structural and mechanical audit by our inspection team within 5 to 7 business days.

Refund Issuance: Once approved, the remaining refund balance (minus restocking fees and two-way shipping costs) will be issued directly back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.

Article V: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, chargeback challenge, or legal claim arising from cancellations, restocking deductions, or refund amounts shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) within the State of Wyoming. Both parties knowingly agree to waive their rights to individual court lawsuits, jury trials, or class-action litigation.

Shipping & Damage policy

Scope: Domestic Freight Shipping (LTL) & Delivery Operations

Article I: Shipping Delays & Compensation Disclaimer

Zipeemart LLC utilizes third-party Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers for the delivery of heavy-duty powertrain components, including engines and transmissions. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following logistical terms:

No Compensation for Delays: Shipping delays are not eligible for any financial compensation, discounts, or refunds. Zipeemart LLC is strictly not liable for vehicle downtime, shop storage fees, or rental car costs resulting from carrier delays.

10-Day Shipment Window: A full refund will be provided if an order is not physically shipped out from our warehouse facilities within 10 business days from the date of cleared payment. This 10-day window strictly excludes weekends and official public holidays.

Article II: Mandatory Delivery Inspection & Structural Damages

Because of the heavy nature of automotive freight, physical damage can occasionally occur during transit. To protect your purchase, you must follow this mandatory inspection protocol upon delivery:

Immediate Inspection Required: All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for physical or structural damage immediately upon delivery and before the carrier departs.

Bill of Lading (BOL) Notation: Any shipping-related damage, cracks, leaks, or broken components must be explicitly noted in writing on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt at the exact time of delivery.

Absolute Denial of Post-Delivery Claims: Claims reported after delivery has been accepted without a clear handwritten carrier notation on the BOL will strictly not be accepted or approved. By signing the delivery receipt without noting damages, you legally acknowledge that the product was received in perfect and acceptable condition.

Article III: Liftgate and Residential Delivery Terms

Delivery Location: Freight shipments are standardly delivered to commercial business addresses equipped with a loading dock or forklift.

Additional Fees: Deliveries to residential addresses or locations requiring a liftgate service will incur additional accessorial fees, which must be paid prior to shipment dispatch.

Redelivery Charges: If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is present to inspect and sign for the freight, the customer will be held entirely responsible for any subsequent redelivery or storage charges billed by the carrier.

Article IV: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Shipping Policy and all freight operations shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute or claim arising from transit issues, delayed shipments, or rejected damage claims shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) within the State of Wyoming. Both parties waive any right to pursue individual court lawsuits or class actions
