Transmission Warranty Policy
Effective Date: June 14, 2026 (Last Updated)
Issuer: Zipeemart LLC
Scope: Used & Remanufactured Transmissions
Article I: Warranty Coverage Duration
All used and remanufactured transmissions sold by Zipeemart LLC carry a limited parts warranty. The exact duration of the warranty period is strictly determined by the manufacturing era and model year of the transmission unit:
Tier #1 (Model Years 1990 or Earlier): Covered under a 1-Month (30 Days) limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Tier #2 (Model Years 1991 to 2000): Covered under a 3-Month (90 Days) limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Tier #3 (Model Years 2001 to 2025): Covered under a 6-Month (180 Days) limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Tier #4 (Premium Late-Model/Low-Mileage Units): Select premium, late-model units may qualify for up to a 36-Month (3 Years) extended warranty. This extended coverage must be explicitly stated in writing on your original purchase invoice.
Article II: Mandatory Pre-Installation & Installation Requirements
To maintain valid warranty coverage, the purchaser/installer must strictly comply with all automotive industry standards and specific transmission protocols. Failure to provide verifiable proof of the following steps will result in the immediate denial of any claim:
Timeframe: The transmission assembly must be fully installed within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Licensed Professional Mechanic: Installation must be performed exclusively by a certified professional automotive repair shop or a licensed mechanic. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) installations immediately void this warranty.
Mandatory Replacements: The installer must replace all external wear items with brand-new parts, including: brand-new OEM-specified transmission fluid, transmission filter(s), front and rear main shaft seals, and pan gaskets.
Cooler Flush Requirement: The vehicle's transmission cooling lines and radiator cooler must be thoroughly flushed and cleared of all debris, metal particles, and contaminated fluids prior to installing the replacement transmission.
Article III: Strict Limitations of Liability & Exclusions
Zipeemart LLC operates under a strict PARTS-ONLY warranty framework. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges and legally agrees to the following exclusions:
No Labor & Ancillary Reimbursement: This warranty covers only the replacement or repair of the defective transmission unit itself. Zipeemart LLC is strictly NOT liable for labor costs, diagnostic fees, shop supplies, removal charges, or re-installation expenses.
No Incidental or Consequential Damages: Zipeemart LLC shall not be held financially responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to: towing charges, rental car/vehicle costs, hotel/travel expenses, storage fees, commercial downtime, loss of time, or loss of business profits.
Usage Exclusions: This warranty is immediately voided if the defect is caused by fluid starvation, improper or contaminated fluid usage, neglect, abuse, vehicle accidents, racing, off-road activities, or Commercial Use (including but not limited to towing, fleet, delivery, or ride-sharing vehicles).
Article IV: Fraud Prevention & Non-Transferability
Anti-Fraud Policy: Submission of altered, fabricated, unverified, or misleading diagnostic reports and invoices (including fake mechanic repair orders) will result in immediate, permanent cancellation of the warranty claim. Zipeemart LLC reserves the right to audit and contact any repair facility providing documentation.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is granted exclusively to the original purchaser named on the sales invoice. If the vehicle is sold, leased, or transferred to a new owner, the warranty coverage ceases immediately.
Article V: Governing Law, Venue & Binding Arbitration
This agreement, the product warranty, and all legal transactions between the buyer and Zipeemart LLC shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, legal claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the sale, performance, failure, or warranty of any transmission unit sold by Zipeemart LLC shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The physical arbitration shall take place exclusively within the State of Wyoming. Both parties knowingly and voluntarily waive their right to pursue individual court lawsuits, jury trials, or participate in any class-action lawsuits.
