Article I: Warranty Coverage Duration
All used and remanufactured transmissions sold by Zipeemart LLC carry a limited parts warranty. The exact duration of the warranty period is strictly determined by the manufacturing era and model year of the transmission unit:

* Note: Premium Tier #4 extended coverage must be explicitly stated in writing on your original purchase invoice.
Article II: Installation Requirements
⚠️ CRITICAL: To maintain valid warranty coverage, the purchaser/installer must strictly comply with all industry protocols. Failure to provide verifiable proof of the following steps immediately voids the warranty:
- ⏱️ Strict Timeframe: The transmission assembly must be fully installed within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- 👨🔧 Certified Installation Only: Installation must be performed exclusively by a certified professional automotive repair shop or licensed mechanic. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) installations immediately void this warranty.
- ⚙️ Mandatory Replacements: The installer must replace all external wear items with brand-new parts, including: brand-new OEM-specified transmission fluid, transmission filter(s), front and rear main shaft seals, and pan gaskets.
- 🌀 Mandatory Cooler Flush: The vehicle's transmission cooling lines and radiator cooler must be thoroughly flushed and cleared of all debris, metal particles, and contaminated fluids prior to installing the replacement transmission.
Article III: Strict Limitations of Liability & Exclusions
Zipeemart LLC operates strictly under a PARTS-ONLY warranty framework.
🚫 No Labor Reimbursement: This warranty covers only the replacement or repair of the defective transmission unit itself. Zipeemart LLC is strictly NOT liable for labor costs, diagnostic fees, shop supplies, removal charges, or re-installation expenses.
🚫 No Incidental Damages: Zipeemart LLC shall not be held financially responsible for towing charges, rental car costs, hotel/travel expenses, storage fees, commercial downtime, or loss of business profits.
🚫 Usage Exclusions: This warranty is immediately voided if the defect is caused by fluid starvation, improper/contaminated fluid usage, neglect, abuse, vehicle accidents, racing, off-road activities, or Commercial Use (including fleet, delivery, towing, or ride-sharing vehicles).
Article IV: Fraud Prevention
Anti-Fraud Policy: Submission of altered, fabricated, or misleading diagnostic reports/invoices (including fake mechanic repair orders) will result in immediate, permanent cancellation of the warranty.
Non-Transferable: Granted exclusively to the original purchaser named on the invoice. Coverage ceases immediately upon vehicle transfer or sale.
Article V: Governing Law & Venue
All legal transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Any dispute shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) within Wyoming. Both parties waive their right to jury trials or class-action lawsuits.
