Engine Warranty Policy

Article I: Warranty Coverage Duration
All used engines sold by Zipeemart LLC carry a limited warranty. The duration of the warranty period is strictly determined by the manufacturing era and model year of the engine unit:

* Note: Premium Tier #4 extended coverage must be explicitly stated in writing on your original purchase invoice.
Article II: Mandatory Installation Protocols
⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED: To protect your investment, the purchaser must strictly comply with all pre-installation requirements. Failure to provide professional invoices for these steps will immediately void the warranty:
⏱️ 30-Day Installation Window
The engine assembly must be fully installed and operating within 30 days of the original purchase invoice date.
👨🔧 Certified Shops Only
Must be installed by a licensed automotive repair facility or ASE certified professional. DIY or home-garage setups immediately void coverage.
⚙️ Mandatory New Components
The installer must replace external wear parts with brand-new ones: Fresh oil & filter, spark plugs, water pump, thermostat, front/rear main crankshaft seals, and valve cover gaskets.
🌀 Cooling System Maintenance
The vehicle’s radiator must be professionally flushed, flow-tested, or replaced to ensure optimal thermal performance before firing the replacement engine.
Article III: Strict Limitations & Exclusions
🌡️ CRITICAL HEAT TABS NOTICE
Engines are equipped with heat-sensitive tabs (Heat Tabs) prior to shipment. If these tabs are found melted, missing, altered, or tampered with upon inspection, it indicates engine overheating due to cooling system failure, and all coverage is immediately and permanently voided.
🛠️ Parts-Only Framework (No Labor): This warranty covers only the replacement of the defective engine block and internal components. Zipeemart LLC is strictly NOT liable for labor costs, diagnostic fees, towing charges, removal, or re-installation expenses.
🚫 No Incidental Damages: We are not financially responsible for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of vehicle use, rental cars, loss of profits, commercial downtime, or storage fees.
🚫 Usage Exclusions: Coverage is instantly voided if damages are caused by insufficient lubrication, oil starvation, neglect, abuse, racing, off-road use, or Commercial Use (including fleet, delivery, towing, or ride-sharing vehicles).
Article IV: Anti-Fraud & Transfer
Non-Transferable: Granted solely to the original purchaser listed on the invoice. Coverage ceases immediately if the vehicle is sold.
Fraudulent Documents: Submission of altered or fake mechanic receipts/diagnostic reports instantly cancels all claims permanently.
Article V: Law & Arbitration
All transactions are governed strictly by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
Disputes must be resolved solely through binding arbitration by the AAA within Wyoming. Both parties waive rights to court trials or class actions.
