B2B Core Policy

📅 Effective Date: June 14, 2026 (Last Updated)
🏢 Issuer: Zipeemart LLC
⚙️ Scope: Core Deposit, Return Eligibility & Freight Logistics

What is a Core Charge?

In the heavy automotive powertrain industry, engines and transmissions are sold with a "Core Charge"—a temporary deposit for your old, rebuildable assembly. Returning the old core allows components to be recycled, remanufactured, and kept out of landfills. To secure a full core refund from Zipeemart LLC, buyers must strictly adhere to this policy.

Article I: Core Return Criteria & Eligibility

To qualify for a 100% core deposit refund, the returned unit must meet the following mechanical conditions:

  • 🔄 Like-for-Like Match: The returned core must be the exact same configuration, displacement, and model as the replacement unit purchased from Zipeemart LLC.
  • 🔧 Fully Assembled: The core must be returned completely intact and assembled. Disassembled, stripped, or piece-by-piece cores will be rejected immediately.
  • 🚫 Structural Integrity: The engine block, cylinder heads, or transmission case must not be cracked, broken, thrown-rod, or visibly destroyed. External cosmetic wear is acceptable, but major structural damage voids the core value.
  • 🔄 Rotational Capability: Engine cores must spin 360 degrees freely by hand. Seized or locked engines do not qualify for a standard full core refund.
Article II: Core Logistics & Return Timeframes
⏱️ 30-Day Window Cores must be prepared and ready for freight pick-up within 30 calendar days from the original date of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days may face a value deduction or rejection.
🛢️ Fluid Drainage Mandatory Requirement: All engine oil, coolant, or transmission fluids must be completely drained before loading. Carriers will refuse contaminated or leaking shipments, and any clean-up fines will be billed to the customer.
🚛 Return Freight Unless explicitly stated otherwise on your sales invoice, the customer is responsible for return freight logistics. Zipeemart LLC can assist in scheduling LTL freight pick-up, with actual costs deducted directly from the core deposit balance.

📊 Article III: Inspection & Refund Processing

Upon arrival at our supplier or partner warehouse, all returned cores are subjected to a structural and rotational audit by certified technicians within 10 to 14 business days. Once the core is marked as buildable and approved, the core deposit (minus any agreed freight fees) will be processed back to your original payment method.

This Core Return Policy is integrated into the universal Zipeemart LLC Terms of Service and is governed exclusively by the laws and venue regulations of the State of Wyoming.
